I was on my front porch when a cicada, screeching for love, flew nearby, intending to settle itself there. While it was still airborne I flailed my arms around, and said, "Oh, no. You are *not* parking your noisy self on my front porch!" I was able to chase away the eardrum shattering trespasser, who wandered off to scream about their awesomeness as a mate elsewhere.
Stories will be told of my valor.
