Unsure about the DUMBS but also wouldn't be surprised tbh. Here is another peice of the puzzle. The trafficking comes to us in modern times from Christianity who got it from older cultures like The Greeks who got it from yet older/contemporary cultures like those near Black Sea area in Bronze Age. They were/ are producing certain kinds of drugs in the human body and children apparently needed for some of the drug production ie some of the ingredients are their bodily fluids. As much as it disgusts me to write that there is evidence apparently although it takes some sorting through.
