This is a bit beside the point but there's not much good evidence fitness trackers help, plenty that having a distraction on your wrist is bad for your mental health, and really we should probably take this Apple watch ban as a chance to rethink the genre of wearables.*
*people who use them for serious health stuff like heart monitoring, obviously that's a great application of it
