Penn Law's Tobias Wolff: "One of the most striking things about advocacy for institutional neutrality is the pass given to institutions with clear normative missions: sectarian religious universities, avowedly conservative schools and so forth. Many of the same people who demand neutrality also champion the right of such institutions to shape their mission around polarizing norms without suggesting they are thereby rendering themselves un-academic or placing freedom of inquiry at risk."
