But, Tom’s piece argues for more work into SocialInteract, and making the listener experience better. (Indeed, I like the idea of just a “I see you”, or a heart symbol, for listeners to press as they listen to a show they like). I don’t see why Tom’s article invites any criticism, much less a rant.
