Aye, #pkarr handles DNS without ICANN, so it’s tougher to censor. Meanwhile, Nostr relays are basically standard web servers with the same censorship weak spots. #pubky relies on a huge bittorrent swarm, which is hard to shut down—though not many folks seem to mind right now.
