yeah after reading that I'm forming a theory that would be very sadness-inducing if true:
Azz had cramps due to hyperkalemia (brought on by any of several things - BP meds, too much supplementation, kidney disease diagnosed or not, or some combination of the above), thought "Mg+K is good for cramps" (not realizing that that was what was causing the problem in the first place), took more, then went to bed and had a heart attack because of it
I doubt anybody would be able to tell this unless they got to him immediately and pulled a blood sample showing high potassium levels - I don't think it's detectable more than a little while postmortem, due to cellular destruction? - but I have kind of a bad feeling this might have been an accidental self-own, because that "cramps in both legs" part seems difficult to explain any other way
