Seeing a thread about #shitcoins made me think. Having a lot of nonsense coins clouding the market is a big problem.

But the often cited trope that there's nothing #Bitcoin can't do is simply not true.

#btc can't do what #xmr does. That's a verifiable fact. And it can't do what exchange coins do either.

There are some undeniable needs for other coins. Rather than ranting against #shitcoins we should be explaining things properly.

People have to make informed decisions for themselves. If they can't do that they might as well stick with #fiat
