Ok, Meteor M2-3 #lrpt is officially fucked. The antenna has a directional pattern for sure, if the reports about it not unfurling properly are correct. A nearly directly overhead pass of 87 degrees and the signal dropped like a stone right overhead. Never regained the signal lock. Max SNR a frankly embarrassing 12 dB.
