Mizuna is my favorite baby green. Many asian greens are some of the most nutrient dense vegetables, especially when harvested at just a few leaves. This green is the base of farms baby greens mix. The pink variety adds massive color appeal to the plate. This plant in addition to the color, crunchy stem, sweet flavor, rich in nutrients is the fastest performing green in the field and yields tremendous volumes and allows for up to four harvests before being spent. A few pots of this on the back porch will provide your family with most of your salad needs. I grow this as "micro greens" in shallow trays at home for even more fresh picking to add to every dish.
