I remember seeing John Dean a lot when I was growing up and could still stand the sight of MSNBC and CNN, any time there was a huge controversy in government, especially in the late Bush era.
Digging back into a Watergate book I'm reminded that John Dean was the biggest lying piece of shit of them all, because at least the other ones eventually copped to most of their crimes once the statute of limitations passed. He still has a timeline completely inconsistent with anybody else.
