I set Deezer to play Binaural Beats For Sleep when i went to bed. It’s just a pulsing noise that really sets me off into dreamland properly. But it’s quiet, so i crank the volume. This time i forgot to tap the Repeat option, so 2 hours later, when that ended, at full volume, i was blasted out of sleep by “Life Is Short Life Is Shit And Soon It Will Be Over” by doom metal legends Fister.
