it’s not about blaming the First Amendment itself but about recognizing how it creates a loophole. When candidates know they can make grand promises without being held accountable, they exploit this freedom for political gain. They’ve been doing it for more than a century. Presidents come and go, but the promises remain empty, and the system unchanged. Actually the system is only getting worse. Instead of putting faith in a system that won’t deliver, consider opting out, choosing not to vote, and living on a sovereign sound standard.
