I don't do new year resolutions per se b/c Dec/Jan is a terrible time to make plans. I usually pick a word and coalesce some ideas around it which grow and morph as the year continues. Past words include Kindness, Justice, Reflection, Help.

This year's word is BONES. My bones (stupid calcium, stupid exercise), society's bones (i.e. social infrastructure), historical bones, don't pick new bones &c. Just putting it here so I can remember.
