Again, information / knowledge is such a broad category - when I say should ‘lean towards free’ maybe it would have been better to say ‘low/minimal cost’, which is sort of the case now with information available on the internet. Otherwise, lots of people spend time and energy to obtain knowledge and information not to earn a living, but to spend sats, i.e. researching a product before purchasing.
And incentives can be personal: thirst for knowledge is incentive enough for some to spend energy obtaining knowledge.
