Steaks in cast iron, roasted celery root, mushroom wine sauce, and one of my unique vegetable dishes, named Arecibos after the telescope.

They’re artichoke bottoms stuffed with a garlic clove and cream cheese, topped with shaved Parmesan, and baked golden brown (these got a little darker than usual but were still delicious!)

They’re great party fare; a big hit with almost everyone who tries them, especially boatingaccident (npub1jrx…htaq)
