You simply never know what you have in you. It will certainly challenge your theory of the universe and what it means to be a human. A couple decades back there was a big ruckus because a couple simply wheeled their horribly disable child up to a firestation and left. We know the rich simply dump them off in care homes. The more human-like middle and lower class people try to deal the challenges that God gave them, and usually join support groups (most very specific to the disability, which includes camps, etc). The middle class tend to worship the progress of science and continue to believe a cure is just around the corner.
