I’m just going to go ahead and say it: if you need a bridge, your protocols aren’t compatible. Mastodon is software that runs a protocol. Imagine if you needed different browsers for different websites. Some people like Chrome, others Firefox. Each have their own features but they all speak HTTP. Different protocols aren’t the answer.
