For the number of billionaires in the world, there is surprisingly very little investment in Aging research. If I was rich, I would put all my wealth into research to make us live longer. It's almost as if humans accepted defeat.
Even the US's National Institute on Aging only appropriates ~400m USD/yr to Aging Biology. That's nothing.
