Exactly. Instead of the simplicity of a video-focused client only requesting kind 21 events, it would have to request kind 1 events, but only those that include a video media tag. And then what if users are not adding that media tag to their note because all they did was paste in the URL to a video they are hosting somewhere else, instead of adding it to the note via the client's "add video" option?
