Of course Vance has thought about how and when he could use the 25th Amendment. It's probably all he's thought about since agreeing to be VP.

But as Gaetz's nomination suggests, it won't be as easy to use it as Vance hopes. Trump needs to give him a series of excuses. The odds are he will, but who knows when?
