Been able to lift weights when I'm 80+. Mainly to be best version of my self for my kids and grandkids. I want to be the fittest grandpa 💪🏋
To achieve it I'm prioritizing sleep, no sugars and strength exercise everyday, also lots of meat and low on carbs.
I don't always succeed but I'm trying to stay consistent. It's very hard 😅
