The Biden DOJ won a ruling for a change of venue. Someone in Texas convinced a TFG-appointed judge that plaintiffs shouldn't get to select the judge that hears the case. (Looking at you, indicted Texas AG Ken Paxton, although you're not the one who got smacked down this time.)

It doesn't mean that the DOJ will win that that those of us who have student loans will get relief, but I'm still happy to see the case transferred. Texas federal districts are ridiculous.
