sometimes I see discourse amongst very cishet men that's along the lines of "omg i don't understand women, how do I talk to women? they are so different"

1) You need to learn to talk to *people* because that's what women are.
2) Women are different yes but also very similar. A lot of the differences are societal gendered expecations of behaviour.
3) just talk normally my dude. its fine. trust me. i've done it. women love me.
