MP4Tools is what I've been using to change the container format of whatever videos I need to since like 2011. I've never had cause to regret paying for it -- but it's not going to be an option anymore with me leaving the Mac.
So, recommend me an alternative. The more similar it is to MP4Tools, the happier I will be with it.
