Colin Rugg says that Bowman pulling the fire alarm is a violation of 1512(c)(2) “obstruction of an official proceeding.” and he can face up to 6 months in prison . . . this is absurd! A quick reading of 1512(c)(2) shows that the penalty for obstruction of an official proceeding is a fine and/or imprisonment for up to TWENTY YEARS . . . same statute that was used to charge non-violent J6 protestors with felonies.
