Last year's project to electro-strip and re-season #castiron was a failure. Stripping went OK--got a bunch of crusty gunk off. Seasoning was a complete failure and made them worse. #Food was sticking like crazy.

I'm trying again a little more carefully and methodically this weekend, bc the weather allows open windows.
