Good luck, but I fear you’re screwed here. For what it’s worth, neem oil didn’t help in my situation—just made a mess worse—so beware neem-based solutions you find on the internet.
I brought in one pepper plant this year and so far it’s looking good. I attempted to remove any hitchhiking pests by thoroughly blasting the leaves and branches with jets of hose water before moving the plant inside. But assuming it overwinters okay without pest attack, I’ll never know if the water-jet trick helped or if there just weren’t any pests on the plant.
