Wanted to go for a quick walk today before it got too hot. I checked the thermometer and it was already 93F (34C), so I knew I had to be quick. I walked for about 45 minutes and covered about 2.5 miles (4km), but by the time I got back it was 104F (40C). I was pretty overheated even though I did have water the whole time. In general, not a smart move on my part.
