Ya know what's awesome? Having loads of medical trauma/PTSD, to the point of going 10 years between ob/gyn appointments, getting the courage to go last year and get on a schedule, only to have your provider leave the practice so now I have to go through it all again
(I go non-verbal with new medical providers and basically cry through the whole thing, especially when a pelvic exam happens)
