You probably won't notice the smell. My wife didn't when she was trying to get super lean with keto. Most of it is in your breath, though it will leak out through sweat too. If you're not stinking, you're probably not going deep enough into ketosis and need to lengthen the fast part of your intermittent fasting schedule as well as see if you can sus out any bits of hidden carbs (those pesky carrots...).
