Was in a chat with #Samsung support. They said they won't do replacement or trade ins for work issued phones (only personal), so I would need a representative of my employer to take it to a walk in store for repair, if which there are none in this city/county.
Welp, I guess I'll likely be getting a replacement phone and it's looking less and less likely that it'll be a Samsung.
