TIL the US was never a "Nation of Immigrants", that's purely anti euro/xian historical revisionism that eventually came in from a mistake when changing immigration policy ~60 years ago. Murica is a nation of European Christian settlers, whose descendants eventually made a series of mistakes leading to the bullshit we have to deal with today. It was just New World Europe from the 1600s until after 1960 when the floodgates were opened.

I'm getting really tired of how much they lie, how does anybody trust them? Even if it seems convenient for them? I just don't get it, if they'll lie this much and about everything then why don't more people think (Oh wait, there's the problem..) that they're willing to lie to them too?
