Having issues setting up a nostream relay.

I had it running at first go, stopped it and tryed to start again
But now it gives me permission denied on
/home/user/nostream/scripts/.nostr/data each time

permissions there is user:user i have also tried
root:root user:sudo and other combos but none seem to work.

Anyone know what needs what permission for this? About to pull all my hair out in frustration
