I'm experimenting with the 16/8, 15/9, 14/10 diets.
The things is, since I sleep a lot during weekends, and tend to skip breakfast when I'm on vacation, without knowing it, I've been on at least teh 14/10 diet big parts of my life.
As for health benefits I've always been slim and look 5-10 years younger than I am, but have no idea if that isn't just genetics or if my unintentional 14/10 has contributed to it or not.
