OK update: I spent all morning chasing a prescription for the needed insulin that does not work, (seems the UK is experiencing insulin supply issues right now 😒) got a new box of it and that stuff is equally ineffective so it seems I've developed an immunity or resistance to that type in just the last week. I'm waiting on a call back from yet another doctor to triage and find out what else might be done.

Well after 4 days of injecting more in volume of two kinds of insulin than I have had hot tea in the last 3 months, I've finally manged to induce hypoglycaemia. I still can't discern if one of the insulins are faulty or if something has changed with my body, or both, but I'm glad to have dropped my blood glucose to a level I can actually work with.

I'll be putting my foot on the necks of both my pharmacist and doctor first thing tomorrow morning until I get some answers.

Hopefully my right eye will be in full working order shortly too.
