My paranoia is running rampant. I came down with a cold a few weeks ago. About a week into the cold I started getting ads all over my social media for bad coughs, bronchitis and cold medication. Now I have never said one word on social media about having a cold. I bought no cold medications online + did not schedule any doctor's appointments online. How would they be targeting me for having a cold? Who is listening to me cough on my phone? Or is it my Alexa? I find this very disconcerting.
