All of the sudden, #rofi is unable to display any #emoji for me.

Anyone want to share their font declaration line from their rofi.rasi config?

I've tried:
font: "JetBrains Mono Regular Nerd Font Complete 24,Emoji One 24";
font: "pango:JetBrains Mono Regular Nerd Font Complete 24,pango: Emoji One 24";
font: "Noto Color Emoji 24";

...in all of the combinations you could possibly imagine.
