The surface area of potential attack vectors is much larger on devices that incorporate dozens of blockchains and tokens. I started off with a Ledger device, and had to constantly update it to stay current with the latest scamcoin changes.
Why add this additional risk? If you must hold scamcoins, hold them separately from your Bitcoin, which should be on a Bitcoin only device for maximum op-sec and minimum vulnerabilities
