One thing that "Idiocracy" showed but never really discussed was how very cheap human life had become in the future.
The only thing I can really call a "faith" in my life is the belief that humans have intrinsic value. But as society shuffles into a less enlightened and a more bovine way of living, that intrinsic value falls.
And my faith falls with it.
