I’ve heard this a bunch, but this is a terrible take. Real estate has intrinsic value. People want to live in proximity to their interests, and many people have the same interests. People will pay more for what they want, that’s just the way it works.
Now I think you could argue that there is a shitcoin equivalent in the real estate market (that’s certainly true). But real estate in general is and always will be a valuable commodity if it’s in a desirable place.
