Trying to quantify the informational entropy resolved within Bitcoin when a valid nonce is found.How do you actually begin to read the UTXO set of any block and quantify the number of possible states for the next future block?

This calculation must include all UTXOs, including Satoshis coins, as you simply do not know if they will move until the block is valid. While it’s extremely unlikely, it’s not a non-zero probability. The calculation of this informational entropy gets extremely complex as the UTXO set grows.
