The pile of wires said there was no way in hell they could determine that. It just said "Just come out and sort it, it's too much for us!".

I pulled the cable from the box and saw a plug move. I pulled again, just in case it was a different plug that was caught up on the cable, but it moved again. I pulled the plug out of the melee and said "I think this is your problem!". Plugged in, it worked.
