Thanks to David Tuller (nprofile…80cl) for pointing out this excellent paper on psycho-therapy ethics for #MECFS and Medically Unexplained Symptoms. They tour the ethical considerations that are likely too often flaunted in psychological treatments for MECFS/MUS including power dynamics, patient autonomy, fully informed treatment consent, professional accountability, much of which the GET crowd would do well to read!!!
