We don’t need federal government assistance here in Appalchistan. We have neighbors, churches, cities, states and a loving kindness that comes from our Creator. We innovate and improvise when we ned to. I saw two neighbors today getting water from streams and filtering it. Localism beats federalism, so don’t ask for it.
