Least favorite new activity: getting a new phone and spending hours turning off data collection in a million different hidden settings. Only to have the OS helpfully remind me that there are many more exciting new features that I have no interest in that I have to hunt down and turn off. While knowing that even if I flip every switch correctly and follow all of the convenience reducing best practices it will still record mountains of data.
