#HamRadio enthusiasts have identified some of the newly launched [@ast_spacemobile](https://bird.makeup/users/ast_spacemobile ) #BlueBird #satellites in the UHF band based on their Doppler curves. They're transmitting on five specific frequencies in the 430-440 MHz band, outside the 'space-to-Earth' band sed by amateur satellites (435-438 MHz). Each BlueBird is using one frequency. It's unclear how the use of this part of the spectrum will scale up to the 240 sats that AST plans to launch.
