Every day I'm troubleshooting printers, scanners and Citrix. I know each request is important to people trying to do their job, but it's so tedious.

I went back to college for a degree in Cybersecurity in large part to escape the treadmill of desktop support. I had big dreams about fighting hackers, penetration testing, or even computer forensics.

Today I'm doing the same work I did a decade ago, but making less money and significantly more in debt for my efforts.
