My article "Levelled Discernment of Information Security Layers" is about the limitations of the #scientific #dimensions to which Information Technologists belong when founded on a lack of personal development.

For example, without a #multidimensional #framework for #communication, it is not possible for the common Specialization layer security technician with a professional reputation to be open to receive evidence of the existence of a #Secret layer.

Yet it is at this Secret layer that the culture in one's jurisdiction ultimately belongs to, for it is the #military which secures one's particular #nation.

If one is interested in #global affairs, then this begins to offer a mapping of the various competing national #cultures and their Secret layers which are the cause for today's popular news content pertaining to #wars, #poverty, #ecological #destruction and #misaligned use of artificial intelligence.
