Just installed and opened #deltachat on android from f-droid and I have to say it actually looks nice. Last time I tried it was some years ago (maybe 🤔?) and I don't remember having a good impression of it. There's a streamlined flow of just creating an account with one of the fast servers they have and it looks nice. I used a normal email account from disroot that on their site says works fine with no configs instead.
